When we say “Customers” we're referring to suppliers of technology or services who have their Products listed on the Stakkd Platform.

When we say “Registered Account” or “Stakkd Account” we are referring to both Users and Customers who signup and create a dedicated login account with Stakkd.
Stakkd offers a platform that enables technology Customers to list their HR technology Products for users to discover and assess the best options for their business.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose data about you when using the Stakkd Services such as but not limited to communications.
Excluded from this Privacy Policy is any data related to company information that is provided by our Customers to be publicly listed on the Stakkdor through other associated Stakkd Services.

Provide customer service to troubleshoot and resolve and issues should you encounter any

For potential customers to be able to contact you / the vendor your represent if your email and/or phone number are listed as the Point-of-Contact for a vendor within the vendor listing page

For Customers:

By setting up the Product listing page, you are explicitly sharing your own personal data publicly

In the case you do not list your personal contact information publicly, we will never share your personal data without your explicit permission
For Users:

We will never share your personal data without your explicit permission

Exception to sharing data with third parties

The one time we have to share your personal data without your permission is if we are required to do so by the Police or a Court of Law

In these instances, we will only share what is legally required

Once Stakkd provides the required data to the applicable authority, protection of your data then becomes their responsibility
How we keep your data

We will keep your personal data for as long as you use the Stakkd Platform and keep your Registered Account open.

If you decide you no longer wish to have a Registered Account, you can request to delete it. To do so, you must email jessie@stakkd.tech. Your personal data will then be deleted within 1 calendar month.
